What does the process look like?
- You’ll request to create a GitPOAP at our Create GitPOAP page.
- Upload your artwork, a title, a description, and enter your email.
- You’ll be able to add in contributors immediately upon contributing or you can create the GitPOAP without contributors to begin with - you can always add in new contributors later at your GitPOAP Request Dashboard
Timeline
Your request to create a GitPOAP is sent received by the GitPOAP team and will generally be reviewed during business hours on an east coast working schedule. It will usually be approved or rejected within 48 hours.
What does the process look like?
- You’ll request to create a GitPOAP at our Create GitPOAP page.
- Choose the repos that you want to be eligible
Note: If you don’t see the repos you want to onboard, reach out to us: team@gitpoap.io - Your team can create the design or our design team can work with your branding assets to create one for you. If your team opts to create the design, please check out our Design Guide and send along the requested files to team@gitpoap.io
- A GitPOAP team member will reach out to you to confirm that we’ve received the request and also confirm the details (title, founding year of the project, repos).
- If the GitPOAP design team is designing, we’ll start on the design immediately and, within a week, send a draft to the email you provided for feedback.
- Once the design is finalized, your GitPOAP will be live on the site within 5 business days.
Timeline
A member of the GitPOAP team will reach out to you to confirm details and these will usually take 1-2 weeks to finalize and issue.
